Loan requirements

• Be over 18 years of age
• Be a citizen or permanent resident of New Zealand
• Demonstrate a regular income and an ability to repay all loan costs

• You need to own a mobile phone -this way we can also communicate by text which includes sending you a verification code (a security feature of our service) so you can complete your application
• You need to complete the online application

• You need to have been permanently employed with the same employer for at least 3 months
• For our loans, you need to be earning at least $350 a week (after tax) excluding government benefits
• Your pay needs to be credited on a regular basis into your own NZ bank account that has been open for at least 3 months
• You are not currently Bankrupt, under a No Asset Procedure or Summary Instalment Order
• You have access to the Internet and a mobile phone

• Proof of address (an official letter/utility bill delivered to you at your residential address within the last 3 months)
• If you have internet banking, then we will ask you to complete a secure Credit Sense link to provide us with details of your bank statements

• Proof of income (a recent pay slip or WINZ letter detailing your current benefit details)
• 3 months of your latest statements from all bank accounts showing income and out-goings Your vehicle (we will need to see it and assess its value if you want to use it for security) and look at any insurance policy for it If using household goods as security, we will ask for a copy of your tenancy agreement and arrange a convenient time for one of our agents to meet with you to complete a valuation

• You must be able to offer something as collateral or security for all loans. We only offer secured loans. We will consider most things
• household items such as whiteware and electronic goods ( TVs and stereos), vehicles, property or land. If you don’t have any security, we are happy for a friend or family member to act as your guarantor to provide security on your behalf
• You need to be over 21 (unless you have a suitable guarantor who is over 21)
• You should have a reasonable credit history
• You must be able to make the payments on your loan
• You must live in NZ and be a NZ Resident or NZ Citizen (or have guarantors who are)
